By submitting payment you agree to the following terms:

PAYMENT POLICY:

After submitting your party or event request, Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls will review your request.  If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an acceptable alternative. Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will send you an e-mail invoice confirming your booking. You can secure your reservation with a non-refundable $100 deposit with the remaining balance due the day of your reservation date. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. All payments made to Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls are done on-line via our secure gateway.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to secure and guarantee your reservation. Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls will make every effort to reschedule your party or event, with no penalty to another date or time should a change be necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Rolling Video Games as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.  We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE POLICY:

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 30 miles from 76301. Please see our Service Area page for more information.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

Rolling Video Games Theaters are designed for all types of weather conditions, so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions. The theater is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. That being said, our outside Awning Systems will not be available during bad weather. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party or event. In the case of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the party or event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY:

You may serve alcohol at a Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls party or event to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink inside our mobile game theater.  The Client/Host is in charge of, and accepts all responsibility for making sure they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls reserves the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or event when alcohol is being served and is deemed excessive or unsafe. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the event immediately without a refund.  Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed inside the Rolling Video Games mobile gaming theater.

DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by the client’s guests. Rolling Video Games of WIchita Falls and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES/VIDEO POLICY:

Only at the customers request, the Game Coach will take pictures and video of the party or event. You will then be able to view and download these pictures via a secure link we provide a few days after the party or event. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or videos please notify us via email prior to the scheduled party or event. We would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media. We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the Principal.

TRUCK/TRAILER POLICY:

We must have a safe and approved place to park. When the truck and trailer pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party or event. The truck and trailer combination needs approximately 60 feet of space. We usually have to park on your neighborhood street, so it’s a good idea to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event nor park off of a hardened surface.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls will not provide any “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature rated or higher games in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to, or at the time of the service. The Client is responsible for notifying any concerned parents of their guests. It is also recommended that clients email Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls with any special game requests.
