Q: What's the difference between a Rolling Video Games Party and Rolling Video Games Event?
A: Our Rolling Video Games Party includes one Game Coach and is ideal for about 24 people. The Rolling Video Games Party is designed to keep the entire group gaming for the duration of the party. A Rolling Video Games Event comes with two or more Game Coaches and is geared toward organizing gaming for large crowds. We have several different gaming formats, from timed game play to formal tournaments for all skill levels, ensuring your guests have a great time.
Q: How do I book a Rolling Video Games Party or Event?
A: You can always give us a call at 940-277-6535 or click any of the” BOOK NOW” buttons that will take you to our booking request page. Simply fill the form out with the date and time for your party and we’ll respond back to you as soon as possible letting you know if your requested date/time is available. After that, we'll send you a confirmation email and invoice. Once you've submitted the $100 reservation deposit, you are all set.

Q: How do I know the trailer can come to my location?
A: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t on a steep hill, and there is sufficient space for our truck and 32ft luxury theater to enter, park, and exit, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!

Q: Do you have internet gaming available, like Fortnite?
A: We do have Fortnite and other online game play available! If mobile broadband service is available in your area, we can use our own cellular routers for internet game play. Performance of online game play is subject to cellular connection bandwidth at your location.

Q: Will the kids (and adults) know what to do?
A: That’s why our Game Coach is on site. He/She helps everyone along, inspires, and instructs. We do everything we can to make sure it’s the party of the year!

Q: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
A: We will not provide any “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature rated or higher games in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to, or at the time of the service. If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he/she will follow the lead of the host and make sure your guests are having the time of their lives!

Q: What about bad weather?
A: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing, or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive and safe for the guests, we'll be there.

Q: What time should I schedule my party?
A: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they can eat first & they'll see the arrival of our mobile video game theater!

Q: Will the truck and trailer be driving during the party?
A: No, it will not! It is against the law to drive while the trailer is occupied.

Q: What if too many people show up to our party? Is there an extra charge?
A: Certainly not! Our Rolling Video Game Party includes 1 Game Coach and is ideal for about 24 people, but if you get some unexpected guests, we'll do our best to keep them all having fun!

Q: Do I request certain games?
A: We always bring our full game library to every party and event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions along the way to make sure everyone has a great time. We do request that if you want a certain game that you contact us ahead of time.

Q: Do I tip the Game Coach?
A: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is appreciated, but not required.

Q: Do I have to pay for the party or event in advance?
A: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your desired date and time you'll simply need to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit with the remaining balance due the day of your reserved date.

Q: Is a cake included?
A: Sorry, Rolling Video Games of Wichita Falls does not offer a cake with our party package at this time. We are working with our local bakeries and will post any updates as we go.

Q: What time will you be arriving?
A: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Although rare, stuff happens... If we are delayed for things that are out of our control, we will contact you if we are running late. Don't worry though, we will make sure you get your full gaming time in.
