Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than willing to accommodate you at no extra charge. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will NOT incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to an event will only forfeit $50 of full paid deposit as a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will forfeit the FULL PAID DEPOSIT amount as a cancellation charge. Cancellations made day of the event will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the event.
There is no Travel charge if your event is within 30 miles from 76306. A $1 Dollar fee will be asses for any additional miles over 30.
